The
Steele Street residence project started with the removal of
the dilapidated existing 1,100 Sq. Ft. single story residence.
We constructed the new residence to fit in with the existing
urban fabric of the Bonnie Brae Historic District. With the
cooperation of the Denver Planning Department, we extended
the residence through the propery to increase the square footage.
The elongated site lent itself to a second floor terrace and
roof sky lights that provide natural light into the kitchen. |
