Chatfield Plaza

Littleton, Colorado

Chatfield Plaza is a two story office building located in the Ken Caryl Business Center. The building was constructed as a core and shell building suitable for up to six different tenants per floor. The grand entry canopy, accentuates the exposed wood ceiling lobby. The exterior walls are constructed as brick veneer over a metal stud system with ribbon windows and metal accent supports. The entry canopy has an exposed bowstring truss with a metal roof system. The building materials of brick, rock and stucco were chosen to be contextual with other buildings in the park.

PDA Office Building

Littleton, Colorado

The PDA Office building is a build to suit building located in the South Park Business Campus. The building consists of a two story brick veneer and steel structure building with 6,000 Sq. Ft. basement and a 3,000 Sq. Ft. industrial car installation garage. Pat Danehy, the owner, wanted a building on the southern part of town where his company could perform full service on its local clients in the car radio installation industry. PDA is currently installing GPS systems into vehicles before they are purchased at dealerships.

CSM Office Complex

Centennial, Colorado

Completion: February 2001

The Centennial Technology Center is a six building complex totaling 260,000 Sq. Ft. servicing office flex and warehousing services. Currently the first and second buildings are constructed and the third through sixth are designed and awaiting a user. The buildings are constructed of integral color CMU bearing, with decorative accent coins on the corners. The buildings were designed to inhabit many different functions as well as office; building one has drive in overhead doors in the rear for easy warehouse entry, while building two has dock high doors for larger cargo trucks.

Briargate Business Campus

Colorado Springs, Colorado

Completion: April 2001 - Present

The Briargate Business Campus is a collection of 9 single story office buildings and 1 three story office building, constructed in 4 phases. Each phases is located on ~15 acres with around the building that is calculated at 6 per 1,000 Sq. Ft. The buildings are constructed as site case tilt-up concrete with decorative parapets and reveals that extend through each panel, and painted with neutral colors constant open all buildings for a campus motif. The buildings were designed for open office use with perimeter enclosed offices with a 14' high clear ceiling and view of Rampart Range and Pikes Peak.

Waner Office Building

Highlands Ranch, Colorado

The Waner Office Building is constructed of colored concrete block bearing walls is the main office for Waner Construction Company. The primary function was to create an office area that was interactive for the construction superintendents and the sub-contractors who visit the company to bid on upcoming projects. The space incorporates five offices, a conference room with glass block accents, an open office bullpen, a blueprint layout room, and a 6,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse space for storage of jobsite tools and materials
