History:

Bender Design Architects is a full service architectural firm which was created in January 2002. The intent of the firm is to focus on the quality of design for a competitive price. We continually investigate different design materials and explore news ways of combining these materials to find a new look and feel for the space you desire. With over 10 years of experience in architecture, we have a gathered a unique brand of architecture design that brings materials, color, and light into the designed space for a memorable experience. We feel that the space in which you live and work, motivates and embraces your life and we would like to be part of that experience.

Planning Agencies:

With an increasing influence in the design process, the planning department of the counties and cities are becoming more stringent. We pride our selves in our reputation with each of the Metro Denver departments. We have developed an organizational procedure that is proactive in corresponding with each case planner. This team attitude increase with each interaction between the planning department and the project team which in turn discovers any potential project problems early in the design phase.

Design/Build: 

With the changing techniques in he construction industry, the Design/Build Method of construction has become a cost effective way of organizing a project. With a General Contractor on the project from the onset, it allows the design team to have more design flexibility to discover cost effective solutions for the owner. With the added team member, coordination between he team is crucial for a successful project.

Experience:
Mr. Bender has over ten years of architectural fIrm experience. Before that, Rick spent four years on construction job sites learning about masonry and carpentry. Project experience includes Multi-Story Office Building, Health Care, Recreational Centers, Industrial/Warehouse, New Paper Facilities, Retail/Tenant Finish, Veterinarian Clinic Design, Correctional Facility Design, and Residential Renovation.
